We'll make it right if:
- the artwork is damaged on receipt
- the artwork does not comply (has faults or errors, like inaccurate dimensions or medium use)
You will get a full refund, free of shipping costs for returns within the EU.
For returns from outside the EU we cannot discount or reimburse you for shipping costs on receipt of the artwork nor for taxes or custom duty fees paid on receipt or return of the artwork.
Keep in mind that to be eligible for a full refund you have to:
- notify us by mail at info@curatedartwork.com
- within two (2) days after your artwork delivery date
Therefore it is important that the buyer inspects the artwork upon receipt.
Keep the packaging to wrap the artwork for the return.
